Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • We take 100% advance payment prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy:

    • 50% refund if cancelled 15 days before arrival.

    • No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.

  • Exceptions:

    • If flight is cancelled on the day of arrival, guest must provide ticket proof with name.

    • If proof is provided, the guest can use the amount deposited within one fiscal year to re-book at prevailing rates.

    • If there is a landslide on the route on the day of arrival, Springfield Resort will confirm with NHA.

    • If NHA confirms the landslide, guest can re-book within one fiscal year using the deposited amount at prevailing rates.
