Payment & Cancellation Policy
We take 100% advance payment prior to arrival.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
50% refund if cancelled 15 days before arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before arrival.
Exceptions:
If flight is cancelled on the day of arrival, guest must provide ticket proof with name.
If proof is provided, the guest can use the amount deposited within one fiscal year to re-book at prevailing rates.
If there is a landslide on the route on the day of arrival, Springfield Resort will confirm with NHA.
If NHA confirms the landslide, guest can re-book within one fiscal year using the deposited amount at prevailing rates.
